"Matsya Puranam, Ch. II" is an English translation of chapter two of The Matsya Puranam, a sacred Hindu text. The translation was published in 1916, whereby it was edited by Banam D. Basu and translated by 'A Taluqdar of Oudh' [sic]. The second chapter relates to how the world was recreated by an avatar of the Hindu deity named Vishnu.
